About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the night reception, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Welcome and greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and address guest inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Reception Management: Manage the night reception, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to guests.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
