We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. as an Access Islington Advisor on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service, handling all interactions in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner.
- To utilize relevant technology systems to deliver high-quality, accurate advice and support.
- To maintain a professional image, adhering to the dress code and/or wearing the provided uniform.
- To accurately record and produce statistics as required.
- To effectively handle incoming post and correspondence, linking it with existing files and registering applications for financial assistance on the Corporate CRM within agreed timescales.
- To monitor personal performance against agreed work targets.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering complex customer service, either face-to-face or over the phone, in a service provider environment.
- Experience working with diverse communities in a resident-focused setting.
- Proficiency in using IT and telephony systems, as well as administrative procedures, in a customer-centric organization.
Important Considerations:
- Candidates must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
