Registered Manager Domiciliary Care

Up to £42,000 + Incremental Bonuses, Manchester

Trust Hire is seeking a dedicated and driven professional to lead our domiciliary care services. As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest care and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional domiciliary care services.
  2. Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand the business.
  3. Ensure compliance with CQC legislation and maintain high standards of care.
  4. Foster a supportive and positive working environment for staff.
  5. Monitor and improve service quality through regular audits and feedback.
  6. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Proven experience in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary care.
  2. Strong background in compliance and understanding of CQC legislation.
  3. Demonstrated success in business development and growth strategies.
  4. Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
