We are currently recruiting Qualified Teachers to work in Secondary/Primary schools across the Stafford area on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects within the secondary school curriculum.
  • Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress academically.
  • Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance with their studies.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources, including classroom displays and educational aids.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting positive behavior and maintaining discipline within the classroom.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the school.
Requirements:
  • PGCE, TRN, or QTS qualification.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the school.
  • Resilience and patience when working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
