As a Lead Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of our client-focused team, enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

We are looking for an individual who is exceptionally organized, flexible, ambitious, and skilled in strategic planning to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.

Furthermore, you should possess the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in the electrical engineering components of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading designated projects as the Project Leader
  • Collaborating within larger project teams
  • Enhancing the team's technical expertise in electrical engineering
  • Addressing a variety of complex projects across multiple sectors
  • Engaging with clients throughout all project stages, from initial concept to final delivery
  • Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, ideally chartered or working towards chartered status. Consideration will also be given to those with an HNC or HND combined with relevant design experience.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in building services design is required.
  • Proficiency in software design using the Microsoft suite, Relux/Dialux, Amtech, and Revit is preferred.
  • Familiarity with British and European Standards, Building Regulations, and HTM's is advantageous.
  • An understanding of mechanical engineering principles to effectively participate in interdisciplinary discussions is valued.
