We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join our HR team at Career Legal. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our graduate recruitment and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of our graduate recruitment strategy, including employer branding and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the selection and offer processes for our graduate programs, including the legal apprenticeship, trainee vacation scheme, and open day events.
- Provide advice and support on our diversity programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze trainee performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance to trainees.
- Assist with the appraisal process for trainee solicitors, ensuring timely and thorough reviews.
- Organize and attend social events for trainees, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
- Perform administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and updating our HR system as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the trainee solicitor recruitment and development process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
