About the Role

As a BOH Team Member/Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care. Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our brand standards and ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team to prepare and cook food to our high standards.
  • Ensure food safety and quality control at all times.
  • Work safely and consciously to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including portion control and presentation.
  • Monitor food levels and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow our cleaning and storage standards, including pot wash and a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Fill in daily paperwork in line with our standards.

You will be a team player who can effectively communicate with other team members to complete duties and responsibilities. You should also be able to help and support the development of other team members through training and coaching.
