We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to provide high-quality person-centred support and care to individuals with mental health needs.

About the Role

This is a varied and challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service is delivered to the highest standards, and that the individuals we support have the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice in social care
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of the service
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the service
