Job Description

A highly motivated and experienced Technical Services Manager is required by Ernest and Florent Ltd to lead their Design & Build fit out projects from conception to completion.

This role is a hybrid position, and the office is located in a central business district.

The Technical Services Manager Role

Working within a qualified and award-winning team, the Technical Services Manager will have the autonomy to oversee the technical aspects of fit out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex fit out projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a technical services management role
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fit out projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
