UK Corporate Immigration Specialist

At JAM Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled UK Corporate Immigration Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and processing for corporate clients in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a volume caseload of UK corporate immigration applications, including sponsor licence management and ILR, Business Visitor, Family Members, and EEA applications.
- Provide guidance and advice to corporate clients on UK immigration and sponsor license applications, with a strong focus on policy and practice.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant UK immigration laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address their immigration needs, ensuring seamless and efficient application processes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in UK immigration policies and procedures, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent Mandarin language skills.
- Previous experience in UK corporate immigration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with financial control of client accounts and time recording.
- Ability to maintain and apply an up-to-date knowledge of the firm's risk management policies and operational procedures.
