Catering Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Bangor Aurora Leisure Complex. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring a positive experience in our leisure facilities.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Contribute to the maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning duties and record temperature checks.
- Ensure efficient and prompt service, handling cash and financial transactions accurately.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous catering experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A Level 1 or 2 in food safety is desirable, but not essential. You will be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide a safe and fun experience for our customers.
