About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Expert to join our team at Workingmums. As a Senior Pension Data Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our pension data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior subject matter expertise to the management team on Data Quality & Governance functionality.
  • Lead investigations to identify the root cause of data quality issues within our pension product data.
  • Develop requirements and identify potential or current data quality issues.
  • Provide weekly data quality reports.
  • Support and coordinate the running of the pension Data Quality Governance Board and associated Working Groups and Data Steward Communities of Interest.
  • Provision and deliver the Data Quality process and training development and delivery to the pension engineering community.
Requirements
  • Experience of Data Quality Management/Governance in a similar sized organisation.
  • Understanding of the Engineering Lifecycle to bring a product to market.
  • Exposure to PLM, CAD and ERM systems.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Data Management, Data Requirements Capture, and Documentation.
  • Previous use of Data Governance tools and prior involvement in complex engineering projects.
