About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Simulation Engineer to join our team at EVera Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various business functions and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Support Design and Development Activities: Utilize your expertise to support the development of manufacturing control plans, PFMEA, and equipment setup.
  4. Develop and Improve Process Simulation Models: Create, release, and continuously improve process simulation models to minimize setup time, waste, and determine product quality outcomes.
  5. Leverage External Expertise: Collaborate with external simulation consultants and developers to stay up-to-date with cutting-edge advancements in process simulation.
Requirements
  1. Master's Degree: Possess a Master's Degree qualification (MEng, MSc or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, or Mathematics.
  2. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering first principles, including heat transfer and non-linear structural mechanics of materials.
  3. CAE Software Proficiency: Possess proficiency in CAE software tools, specifically ANSYS Mechanical/Classic and LS-DYNA.
  4. Material Knowledge: Have knowledge of interpreting microstructure and material measurement data to inform 2D/3D simulation models.
  5. Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail, data-driven approach, and diligence in conducting simulation and experimental studies.
