Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career? E3 Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee a dedicated team in a prominent national organization that is part of a global network. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £53,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and systems to enhance Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Leading improvement initiatives within the maintenance team
- Managing and nurturing a small team of engineers
- Overseeing subcontractor management and ensuring safety compliance
- Identifying and resolving recurring equipment issues through engineering solutions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in roles such as Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Manager, or Engineering Manager
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience in developing and executing PPM and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
- Background in maintenance within an industrial manufacturing setting
- Preferred qualifications include IOSH or NEBOSH training, though training can be provided
