Management Accountant

EG Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Country Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, assisting in year-end audits, and supporting project work.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Produce and post key journals, including accruals, prepayments, and deferred income.
- Support the commercial finance team with information and performance analysis to assist decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust processes and controls to manage risks.
- Assist in the production of accurate monthly and quarterly flash results.
- Support the year-end statutory audit process.
- Manage the Fixed Asset Register and ensure timely postings.
- Work with Transaction Services to facilitate a smooth month-end process.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or part-qualified accountant qualified by experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills.
