Your key responsibilities as a Senior Occupational Therapist will include:
- Effectively communicating with a diverse range of clinicians, managers, and stakeholders.
- Providing compassionate leadership and support to junior staff, including assistants.
- Facilitating occupational therapy student placements.

To excel in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the UK HCPC.
- Extensive clinical experience with children and young people with complex needs.
- Proven experience in applying various occupational therapy frameworks and methodologies.
- Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
- Experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
