The Opportunity:

An award-winning property management company, Search Consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Residential Concierge to join their team at a prestigious private residential development in West London.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors, offering lifestyle services and dealing with all requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet visitors and suppliers, ensuring a smooth move-in for all residents
  2. Efficiently manage the lobby and lounges, including general inspection and tidiness
  3. Main point of contact for residents' requests
  4. Handle general enquiries and assist with additional tasks as requested
  5. Conduct regular patrols to ensure resident safety
  6. Perform health & safety checks and conduct visual inspections of the site
  7. Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues

Your Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a Concierge/receptionist at a 5* hotel, private members club, or another luxury residential development.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Highly organised
  3. Immaculate presentation and personable
