Site Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Maximize equipment availability and improve efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead capital investment projects, working closely with site and central teams to ensure safe, timely, and budget-friendly delivery
- Develop and manage engineering budgets, aligning with site and company strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve site performance
- Extensive experience as a Site Engineering Manager or similar role
- Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, with degree-level qualifications or Chartered Engineer status
- Proven project management skills, with experience in large-scale capital projects
- Familiarity with the food industry and FMCG background, preferably with maintenance and projects experience
