The Opportunity: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team at The Architect in Chester. This role offers the chance to contribute your culinary expertise to a vibrant and fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key part in crafting exquisite dishes that delight our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Sous Chefs and the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent high standards of food preparation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster their development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe development, showcasing your culinary creativity and passion for fresh ingredients.
