Deputy Head of Financial Crime Operations

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Head of Financial Crime Operations. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract opportunity that will allow you to make a significant impact on our financial crime operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Financial Crime in operational BAU work and project management
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the Screening and Enhanced Due Diligence teams
- Produce clear management information and represent the Financial Crime Operations team at various groups and meetings
- Provide advice and guidance to improve risk identification, management, and mitigation
- Test systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
