We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveying Lead to join our team in Essex. As a senior member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, driving business development, and delivering high-quality project surveying services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of quantity surveyors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development and networking skills
