About the Role

Fevaca is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Residential Service Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our residential services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our residential services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our clients.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care and support.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our services comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Supported Accommodation Regulations.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Provide regular reports and updates to our management team, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role within a residential care setting.
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in social care or a related field, such as a diploma or degree in social work or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the Supported Accommodation Regulations and other relevant legislation and standards.
