Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain Otis Digital Product range (Otis ONE Devices) and other elevator systems
  • Complete repairs, installations, and commissioning of Otis ONE Products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Work safely in accordance with all EH&S guidelines, including method statements, JHA, and employee safety handbook
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures
  • Correctly fault-find and complete essential repairs
  • Utilize best tools and methods to ensure efficiency and meet Company-identified targets
  • Control planning and completion of own jobs, ensuring proactive job management and control

Requirements:

  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of various elevator systems and equipment
  • Experience within the industry or willingness to learn and work through NVQ3
