Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Bis Henderson Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with external business development managers to maximise the capture of new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals in response to customer requirements.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the road freight, transport, or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of FTL, LTL and Groupage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
