Job Title: Administrator (Mail Team)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Mail Team in our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing high-volume mail using our Digital Mailroom technology, as well as performing general mail-related tasks.

About the Role:

  • Perform administrative duties using our Digital Mailroom technology, including logging mail onto our CRM and sorting items into relevant categories.
  • Process return to sender mail in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Deal with customer queries via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a high-intensity role with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous mail room experience is not mandatory but would be beneficial.
  • Good computer literacy with a fast typing speed.
  • Positive mentality and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent work ethic and the ability to work with focus for long periods.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Flexible, with a willingness to work paid overtime hours when required.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
