Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Night Unit Manager to join our dedicated care home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing our night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the night shift team, ensuring seamless delivery of care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and services, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified
  • Proven experience in a care home or healthcare setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
