National Sales Director

Are you a sales-driven professional looking for a challenging role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills? Do you have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting relationships with clients?
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Experis LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing new sales opportunities within our existing and customer base in the Engineering / Renewable sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and solidify our presence in the market
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in our operations team
- Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
- Provide regular sales pipeline reports and successes to stakeholders
- Participate in bi-weekly sales pipeline calls to discuss progress and challenges
- Share sales leads and provide visibility to operational stakeholders on new volume opportunities
- Support client meetings with local operational teams, providing coaching and enhancing shared relationships
- Prepare client proposals and presentations
- Support the management of tenders with branches and bids team for all volume clients
- Strong experience in sales and recruitment
- Proven sales drive and hunger
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with a driven and motivated attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
