Job Title: National Sales Manager

Are you a sales-driven professional looking for a challenging role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills? Do you have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting relationships with clients?

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Experis LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing new sales opportunities within our existing and customer base in the Engineering / Renewable sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and solidify our presence in the market
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in our operations team
  • Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
  • Provide regular sales pipeline reports and successes to stakeholders
  • Participate in bi-weekly sales pipeline calls to discuss progress and challenges
  • Share sales leads and provide visibility to operational stakeholders on new volume opportunities
  • Support client meetings with local operational teams, providing coaching and enhancing shared relationships
  • Prepare client proposals and presentations
  • Support the management of tenders with branches and bids team for all volume clients
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in sales and recruitment
  • Proven sales drive and hunger
  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with a driven and motivated attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
