About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor or executive to take the next step in their career and work with a firm that offers a family-run feel and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve complex client matters, including wills and probate, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure clients are regularly updated on the progress of their cases, even during periods of inactivity.
  • Effectively manage telephone calls, emails, letters, and other electronic or online enquiries.
  • Develop good working relationships with external institutions and organizations.
  • Demonstrate effective relationship management with peers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent experience in private client matters.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Ability to use initiative, work creatively, and solve problems.
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of and adherence to GDPR and confidentiality.
