We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Alliance Search Ltd. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing competitive tender submissions for our clients in the healthcare, commercial, and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents to establish material and sub-contract trade package requirements
  • Produce takeoffs and associated estimating duties
  • Pricing of project prelims based on programme duration and identify pre-lim requirements
  • Assist the pre-con team in producing competitive tender submissions

Requirements:

  • Experience working on refurbishment projects in the healthcare, commercial, and education sectors in an estimating capacity
  • Good understanding of both JCT and NEC Forms of Contract
  • SMM7 and/or NRM experience
  • Degree-qualified or relevant construction-related qualification with 3-5 years estimating experience for a main contractor
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Eligibility to achieve an enhanced DBS check
