Job Title: Store Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Store Planner to join our Space and Range team at Halfords Group PLC. As a Store Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining store layouts using a CAD package, ensuring each store reflects the agreed format principles and presents a consistent Halfords offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance by optimising space allocation between categories, utilising analytical data to inform decisions.
  • Maintain logical product flows and adjacencies that enhance the customer journey.
  • Act as a point of contact for store teams and Area Managers to address queries and resolve issues relating to store plans.
  • Liaise with other elements of the Store Development and Property teams during in-store work.
  • Utilise data to drive decision-making and contribute to the development of the store estate.
