As a Mobile Electrical Technician, you will be an integral member of a mobile support team responsible for maintaining electrical systems across various secure facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct planned and preventative electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and replace faulty domestic electrical components.
- Engage in fault finding and problem-solving for domestic electrical systems.
- Perform electrical installation tasks in compliance with provided designs and IET Wiring Regulations.
- Test and inspect electrical installations according to current IEE wiring regulations.
- Monitor and manage critical spare parts for all electrical services.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant technical qualifications such as City & Guilds 2365 parts 1-3, BTEC, or NVQ level 3 or higher.
- Experience in electrical maintenance, including general distribution, installation, and testing.
- Knowledge of Electrical Systems and compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations.
While not essential, familiarity with IT systems, fire alarm systems, and CCTV systems would be advantageous, as we are committed to providing the necessary training to enhance your skills.
