Job Summary:
Real Life Options is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Dunfermline and West Fife. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with varying levels of verbal communication, autism, and epilepsy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with complex needs, including medication administration, personal care, and household tasks.
- Assist with leisure pursuits, social inclusion, and emotional support to promote independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, upholding the values of Respect, Honesty, Responsibility, and Excellence.
Benefits and Rewards:
- A competitive rate of pay at £10.90 per hour.
- A minimum of 28-days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with adults with challenging behavior (although full training will be provided).
- Ability to work a 24-hour rota, including shifts from 08:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-10:00pm.
