Job Title: Year 3 Primary Teacher / Year 3 Primary ECT

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Primary Teacher / Year 3 Primary ECT to join our team at a 3-Form Entry Primary School located in the Borough of Brent. This is a permanent position with a September 2024 start.

The school is a leading training Primary School, graded Outstanding in their latest Ofsted report. As a result, it is an exciting time for an ambitious and hardworking Year 3 Primary Teacher / Year 3 Primary ECT who is keen to progress with their career.

The Head Teacher is a natural leader who prioritizes staff and pupil well-being. She is committed to shaping 'Outstanding' leaders and driving standards across the Borough.

The Primary School boasts a large outdoor area, which is utilized by all year groups to enhance their learning experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and inspiring Year 3 students
  • Leading by example and motivating colleagues
  • Opportunities for TLRs in Subject, Year Group, and Phase Lead roles
  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Salary: MPS1-UPS3 (£34,070 - £49,571) + TLR
  • Located in the Borough of Brent
Requirements:
  • UK QTS
  • Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum
  • Passion for education and inspiring young minds
  • Understanding of teaching standards
  • Lesson observations: 'Good or Outstanding'
