Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you'll provide personalized support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day companionship and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Help clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility assistance.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care or domiciliary care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
