About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the role of Counterparty Credit Risk. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing analysis activity within one or more priority programmes with line management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute analysis activity within one or more priority programmes
  • Support requirements management, design, change management, and implementation management activities during project delivery
  • Act as an expert across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, guiding teams on their approach to requirements management and other analysis activity
  • Oversee change management activities, including early change planning, audience analysis, designing and delivering change interventions, and implementation management
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office, Process Consultants, and Business Consultants to ensure analyst resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets the needs of upcoming project demand
Requirements
  • Strong functional understanding of Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Data and Controls
  • Strong functional knowledge of Risk Engines, Monte Carlo Simulation, and Pricing Models and Risk aggregation
  • Thorough understanding of the purpose, values, culture, and fundamentals of Global Transformation
  • Very strong knowledge of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitors
  • Business re-engineering knowledge
  • Advanced Business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques
  • Advanced Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
Desirable Skills
  • Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
  • Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment, with a mix of business, operations, and technology-focused projects
  • Experience of business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits
  • Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in banking environments
  • Experience of managing large teams and resources located remotely
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
