About the Role

GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists is seeking a highly organized and efficient Tenancy Progression Coordinator to join their expert Tenancy department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the department, assisting the team in managing the administrative aspects of new tenancies, and enhancing the efficiency of deal progression for the lettings offices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio across multiple branches, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with landlords, tenants, and various branches.
  • Review and draft tenancy documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Administer and maintain accurate files, utilizing industry-standard software and systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate pre-tenancy requirements, working closely with the tenancy services team and branches to ensure timely and effective execution.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Previous experience in Lettings Administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of tenancy legislation and contract requirements.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and confident, with excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Highly articulate, with a strong command of IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and RPS.
  • Team player, capable of collaborating with the tenancy services team and branches to achieve common goals.
  • Strong knowledge of lettings, tenancy legislation, and contract requirements, with a commitment to upholding the highest professional standards.
