Job Summary

Talent Torch is seeking a highly skilled Archaeology Consultant Lead to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our expanding team, you will be responsible for providing expert consultancy advice on archaeology and heritage matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for integrating heritage considerations into environmental assessments.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets, while mentoring and supporting junior staff.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to provide high-quality consultancy advice.
  • Produce and manage high-quality assessments and heritage statements, leveraging expertise in archaeology and heritage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in archaeology and heritage consultancy, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working arrangements.
