Job Summary: KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Production Operative to join our client's team in Whitchurch. As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient production of food products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a chilled environment, handling and preparing food products for the production line.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks, up to 20kg, as required.
- Assist in moving food products to the correct department.
- Meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting tasks.
- Adherence to health and safety protocols.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00-18:00.
- Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour, increasing to £12.00 per hour after 12 weeks.
