We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Analyst to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain digital transformation strategies, focusing on data and reporting on marketplace intelligence and monetization opportunities.
- Conduct industry analysis and market trends on digital transformation topics as needed.
- Lead the development and implementation of user acceptance campaigns for initiatives, including technical implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies.
- Assess performance and change readiness, leading teams to build and implement digital data visualizations and other solutions.
- Define prospects for future learning and application of digital transformational technologies.
- Inform corporate audiences about digital enablement concepts and showcase data and analytics interpretation to business problems.
- Deliver solutions using Agile delivery techniques, providing weekly status reports, identifying problems, and reporting risks.
- Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Previous experience in designing solutions and working on data projects.
- Experience in reporting on data marketplace.
- Understanding of concepts, creation, and ability to work on cost benefits of different projects.
