About the Role

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Land Law and Residential Property, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the conveyancing department, identifying opportunities for business development and implementing strategies to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of PQE in residential property law.
  • Proven experience in managing a caseload and working independently.
  • Strong business development and networking skills.
  • Accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Land Law and Residential Property.
