Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Pembroke Dock. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Monitor and record individual progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
