Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a Real Estate Partner with at least 8 years of PQE, coupled with leadership and supervisory experience. They will enjoy business development and marketing, and have experience gained within a strong regional, national or City firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with a quality of work only found in the City of London, dealing with an ever-growing client base of HNW individuals, wealthy families, business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • Work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team on a high-quality caseload of matters, including but not limited to; portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals.
  • Support the corporate team with the real estate aspects of share and asset sales and purchases.

Requirements:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant work knowledge
  • Experience of acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending matters
  • Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
  • A proven and strong history of billings
  • Ambitious and keen to progress and grow with the firm
  • A client following/connections in Kent is highly desirable
