If you are, then this opportunity is for you. Our organization is a renowned retreat center dedicated to providing enriching experiences for individuals and groups.

We are seeking a skilled cook to create exceptional home-cooked meals utilizing fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients whenever feasible. Your culinary expertise will ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests, which typically includes groups of up to 50 individuals and a resident community of around 15.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing a diverse menu that accommodates various dietary needs.
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Managing purchasing, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Maintaining high food safety standards and overall kitchen operations.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid Level 2 Award in Food Safety, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and exhibit trustworthiness. A professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and flexibility in your work schedule are essential.

Working Hours: 30+ hours per week, Sunday to Wednesday (daytime only)
