About the Role:
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Requirements:
- Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar experience is desirable but not essential.
- We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone.
- Applicants must be able to speak fluent English language.
