Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Cleaning Specialist to join our facilities maintenance team at McDonald's. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant facilities, including the kitchen, dining area, and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
  • Empty and clean trash and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and paper products.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning the grill, fryers, and other equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the crew room and break area.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the exterior of the restaurant, including sweeping and cleaning the parking lot and sidewalks.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
