Detailed Role Information
A position has become available to join our well-established, dynamic, and skilled mechanical team, tasked with delivering an effective and efficient maintenance program for our diverse building services. This includes both planned and reactive maintenance, modifications, and the installation of engineering services, equipment, and fixtures managed by our Estates Department.
You will engage with a variety of mechanical systems and apparatus across all sectors within the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust's facilities. This role necessitates an individual who is fully qualified, self-driven, and proactive, capable of working safely and effectively as a valued member of the mechanical team.
Candidates should be apprentice-trained or possess a Level 3 qualification in a relevant mechanical discipline, demonstrating substantial knowledge in this area and taking pride in their work.
Work Schedule: hours per week, Monday to Friday. Opportunities for overtime and on-call duties will also be available.
