Position Overview

We are in search of skilled GRP Finishers to enhance our production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the creation of premium boats that are recognized globally for their quality.

The ideal candidates will possess a background in automotive bodywork or experience within the marine sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a GRP Finisher at Sunseeker, your duties will include:

  • Finishing and repairing fiberglass structures on our production lines.
  • Preparing and releasing molds of various sizes.
  • Collaborating with a small team to achieve production targets while upholding our high standards of quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A positive and proactive approach to work.
  • A strong commitment to delivering superior results, even under pressure.
  • Compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Work Schedule

  • Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
  • Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30

During the application process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred shift pattern, subject to availability.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wages ranging from £14.00 to £16.05, depending on experience.
  • Overtime compensation up to £24.07 (1.5x rate) and £32.10 (2x rate for Sundays and Bank Holidays).
