Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Consultant for Broker Partnerships to join our dynamic team at Duval Associates. This role focuses on managing and expanding our B2B Wellbeing Solutions through consultative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct training sessions for consultants, both virtually and in-person, to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to both new and existing partners, facilitating regular meetings to reinforce our position as a preferred provider.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, addressing day-to-day inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into revenue opportunities, while also making proactive outbound calls to generate new leads.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve and surpass intermediary sales targets.
Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in B2B consultative sales, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for wellbeing solutions, coupled with the confidence to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, enabling effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
