About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at We Care Group. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Health Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Administer medication to residents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and social events.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
  • Report any concerns or issues to senior staff, ensuring prompt action is taken to address resident needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Senior Health Care Assistant.
  • NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
