Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail team in a busy tourist location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and performance, and managing the store's KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance and retail sales across the store
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
  • Managing the store KPI's including P&L, Audit Customer service
  • Keeping the team's technical product knowledge up to date
  • Reporting to the area manager

Requirements:

  • Having a passion for the outdoors will be a massive advantage for this role
  • Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level.
  • Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
  • Has a track record of driving sales and performance
  • Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis.
